  1. Washington state doesn't make you get liability insurance.they dont like driving with the flow of traffic or speeding like cali. Cali it is excuse to pull you over make you identify yourself. Illegal search and seizure. Az is a mix of all. Less of other states bullshit. Honestly AZ insurance and insurance everywhere is about the same. Depends on your record

  2. As far as windshields go, yes, if you are a commuter like I was (100 rush hour miles 5 days a week) your windshield will get destroyed. I have the coverage and it was totally covered. Insurance made an appointment for me at safelight and I didn’t have to touch my wallet. They also do house calls but they were booked for 2 weeks and mine was BAD so I couldn’t wait.

  3. The Bay Area, and more specifically Palo Alto, has and is being bought up by people from China. This is how they're investing! And of course pricing the native and the implants out of Cali.

  4. Hi Jeff, Love you videos great info you provide. My name is Armando I am 63 yrs old, will be moving to Arizona soon. Will be looking for Large town / small city to retire. Thinking of moving into 55+ community. Can you do video on cost of living in these communities. Thanks

  5. You speak highly of Prescott, but in checking the state and Prescott city taxes combined, 9.1%, wow. I get what you mean about the vibe of a place – was stationed in San Antonio, Texas, then headed back to CA – closer I got back to CA, loved the free-spirt vibe, but left CA for AZ as I saw CA no longer golden and morphing into the super nanny state.
