  2. I learned how to sale over the phone and majority of my sales career is inside sales over the phone. I just made the switch to personal lines with traditional field approach but even then I'm in a office all day just really dialing. I do need to do on sites, business networking groups etc.. how ever I'm just playing a numbers game of outbound dials so far. It's a tough transition from inside sales within a niche insurance to a major insurance company but I refuse to be apart of the 92%. plus this is where the REAL MONEY is at!!!!
